If the problem with your washing machine is resolved in this initial half hour period the total charge would normally be around £30, however if the resolution takes up to an hour the cost would be in the order of £40 to £50 depending on exact work carried out on the washing machine.
When parts are required for a washing machine an estimate of cost and expected due date will be given during the visit. In most cases a repair should not exceed £60 as over this amount it may prove uneconomic to repair the machine. If this is the case and the washing machine is uneconomic to repair only a £15 diagnostic fee is charged.
